Pick up orders are usually processed the same day providing we are open and the items are in stock.

This product will be sent direct from our supplier.

The shipping time is usually between 2-10 working days, it can vary subject to availability of stock and other considerations. Sometimes these products are sold out before the order is processed and if so we will refund you.

Faulty Items: 

In the rare event you receive a faulty item we will repair, replace or refund.

All of our products are covered by the manufactures warranty provided they have been used for the purpose intended for and the care instructions were followed. You must contact us immediately upon discovering the fault at shop@avisons.co.nz or phone (04) 528 3004.

When we receive a faulty item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 5-15 working days. You will need to provide us with your invoice number or billing details for proof of purchase.

We do NOT exchange or refund large furnishings (tables, chairs, lighting, mirrors & wall art) items for change of mind.
