This stylish wallet has an envelope like appearance and features 2 separate openings. The two flaps overlap each other, the outer flap opens to reveal various card compartments, one clear pocket and compartments where as the inner flap opens to reveal a zippered pocket with two currency compartments on either side.

Select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout and you will receive an email or text when your order is ready to be collected from our Upper Hutt store.

Pick up orders are usually processed the same day providing we are open and the items are in stock.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location however we usually endeavor to get your order to you within 1-3 working days for urban addresses.

Shipping from Suppliers

Some product will be sent direct from our supplier. This is specified in the availability section under the 'Add to Cart' button.

The shipping time is usually between 5-10 working days however, it can vary subject to availability of stock and other considerations. Sometimes these products are sold out before the order is processed and if so we will refund you.

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind: 

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, if you are not happy with an item you have purchased on our website we do give customers the option to return 'select items' for an exchange or refund.

Just contact us regarding the return item within the first 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and unaltered with all the original packaging intact. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us by arranging your own shipping or we can assist with our services. Any shipping costs related to the order are at the customers expense and are not refundable.

Returns will only be accepted and refunded when the item has arrived at our address in an unused condition with all the original packaging intact.

We do NOT exchange or refund the following items for change of mind:

Faulty Items: 

In the rare event you receive a faulty item we will repair, replace or refund.

All of our products are covered by the manufactures warranty provided they have been used for the purpose intended for and the care instructions were followed. You must contact us immediately upon discovering the fault at shop@avisons.co.nz or phone (04) 528 3004.

When we receive a faulty item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 5-15 working days. You will need to provide us with your invoice number or billing details for proof of purchase.

 

    Shipping Returns: 

    When returning a product you can either bring it back to our store or send it to the following address;

    When returning an item you will be responsible for paying and organizing your own shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. With faulty items that we are repairing, replacing or refunding, the cost of return shipping will be refunded.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
