REFUND POLICY

Faulty items:
Any faulty or incorrect product may be returned or exchanged within a reasonable amount of time up to 1 year depending on the product. Products cannot be returned if they have been used for a purpose other than what they were intended for. You must contact us immediately upon discovering the fault at shop@avisons.co.nz or phone 04 528 3004.

When we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 5-10 working days. You will need to provide us with your receipt for proof of purchase.

Change of mind:
When purchasing large items for your home we understand that it does not always look how you expected. With SELECTED items we give customers the option to exchange or refund their purchase within 24 hours of the purchase. If you believe this may be the case and would like to see if you can do this for your purchase, please inquire BEFORE the transaction is carried out.
This option is NOT available for ALL items; some excluded items are Jewellery, Handbags, Wallets, Books, Sale Stock and stock ordered online. This option is also NOT available for specific stock ordered in for customer and stock purchased through our lay-by service. Items must be returned unused and unaltered with all original packaging intact. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us and the receipt for proof of purchase will be required.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. With faulty items that we are repairing, replacing or refunding, the cost of return shipping will be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
